昨（11）日晚間近12點時，國道中山高岡山路段驚傳一起客運車衝撞護欄的重大意外，多名乘客遭到拋出車外，釀成目前統計6死11傷的慘劇。坐在第一排的甘姓乘客全程目擊車禍經過，回想起來仍心有餘悸表示，當時客運先朝左、再往右，猛烈撞擊護欄3次，而事故發生當下有個女乘客跌在他身上，「我拼命要抓住她，但最後她還是摔了出去！」
坐在客運第一排的甘男表示，從他的角度剛好可以透過前擋風玻璃看到車輛行駛狀況，當時該路段沒有路燈、視線昏暗，突然前方出現一輛未開車燈的小客車，司機為閃避轉動方向盤導致失控打滑，客運從外側車道直直撞向一旁的護攔，許多乘客因受撞擊被拋飛到車外。
而混亂中，有名女乘客跌在甘男身上，他直呼「有一個女生跌在我身上，我拼命要抓住她，但最後她還是摔了出去！」似乎仍驚魂未定，而他則因為有繫安全帶逃過一劫，沒有受傷。
從國道監視器畫面可見，客運撞擊力道猛烈，現場瞬間揚起大量煙塵及碎片，車輛後方也帶起一道火光一路延伸，畫面看了著實怵目驚心。

立法院臨時會今(30)日續審前瞻預算，不過為了抗議立法院長蘇嘉全裁定「一事不二議」，封殺在野黨團提案，國民黨立委曾銘宗、賴士葆、費鴻泰從昨晚開始，展開50小時的禁食行動表達抗議。對此，民進黨團書記長李俊俋表示，尊重他們的動作跟選擇，但提醒他們「保重身體」。
李俊俋說，國民黨當然是想盡辦法在拖延，現在一個過不了的案子，要表決八次，除了重付表決、點名表決，然後還要復議，到底意義在哪裡？不過還是會按照議事規則來處理，而且針對這八次的表決，也是一次一次的處理，希望進度還是在明天可以順利審查完成。
至於《國體法》是否能夠審查完畢，李俊俋則說，會想辦法審完。
對於北市議員李新向北市勞動局檢舉，立法院24小時不斷電審查前瞻，違反勞基法，要勞動局進行勞檢，李俊俋表示，議會的運作，本來就是國會自主，不要沒事就打司法訴訟、勞動檢查，本來就是國會自主的事項。
李俊俋強調，會造成的情形，不是民進黨造成的，是國民黨寫了上萬案的案子，造成大家都沒辦法往前進，造成國會癱瘓，這才是主要的原因，不過還是會依照議事規則來處理。
